Ricotta cheese, low-fat

Egg
1/2 oz
Mozzarella cheese, low-fat
2 oz
Salt
1/8 tsp
Ground black pepper, dash
Basil
1/2 tsp
Lemon juice
1/2 oz
Garlic, chopped
1/4 oz
7" Pizza dough balls, thawed

Egg wash

Directions

  1. Combine ricotta, egg, mozzarella, salt, pepper, basil, lemon juice, and chopped garlic.

  2. Stretch thawed pizza dough, stuff each with 4-1/2 oz. of cheese mixture and 4 oz. Healthy Choice Turkey Marsala.

  3. Fold over and seal edges, brush with egg wash and vent the top.

  4. Bake in 360°F convection oven for 20 minutes.

  5. Serve 2 oz. side of Angela Mia Marinara Sauce with each calzone.
