Directions

  1. Step 1

    Place a medium-size saucepan over a high flame.

  2. Step 2

    Add olive oil, shallots and garlic. Sweat until tender.

  3. Step 3

    Add wine, and reduce by 50%.

  4. Step 4

    Add pizza sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt.
