Lime sorbet
1/4 cup
1-1/2 oz
Tequila
1 oz
Orange liqueur
1/2 cup
Ice, crushed
1-1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Pour sea salt into shallow bowl. Fill a second shallow bowl with 1/4 inch of water. Dip the rim of two glasses into water, then salt. Set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Put sorbets, J. Hungerford Smith Strawberry Syrup, tequila and orange liqueur into blender. Blend until ice is no longer visible. Pour into glasses, being careful not to disrupt salt, and serve immediately.
