Cheddar cheese

Shredded hash brown potatoes, crispy
2 slices
Cooked pork bacon

Egg, sunny side up

Green onions, sliced thin

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat griddle over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray.

  2. Step 2

    Place cheddar cheese on the flat side of one of the waffles.

  3. Step 3

    Place waffles on griddle and cook until waffles are toasted, and cheese is melted.

  4. Step 4

    Remove from griddle.

  5. Step 5

    Top cheesy waffle with hash browns, bacon, and egg. Then sprinkle with green onions.

  6. Step 6

    Place the other waffle, flat side down, on top of the green onions.
