Provolone cheese, sliced

Grape jam

Maple sausage patties, warm

Directions

  1. Brush both sides of French toast with melted butter and place on sheet pan. Top one slice of toast with cheese and spread grape jam on one side of other toast slice.

  2. Run through impinger at 425°F for 3 1/2 minutes or until toasted.

  3. Place sausage on top of cheese, then egg on top of sausage. Place second piece of toast, jam side down, on top of sandwich. Serve warm.
