Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven according to package directions for the waffle and preheat fryer to 350°F.

In a small bowl, combine strawberries, jalapeño, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine hot honey and water. Set aside.

Step 4
Cook the waffle according to package directions.

Step 5
Fry Chick’n tenders for 3 to 4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Toss in the hot honey sauce.

Step 6
Spread Earth Balance on waffle as it comes out of the oven and then cut into quarters. Plate waffles, top with Chick’n tenders (pour any remaining sauce on tenders) and garnish with strawberry mixture.
