1/4 cup
All-purpose flour
2 tbsp
Granulated sugar
1/4 cup
1/4 tsp
Baking powder
1/8 tsp
Salt
1/4 cup
Water
2 tbsp
Vegetable oil
1/4 tsp
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp
Milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Whisk together flour, sugar, hot cocoa mix, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Add in hot water, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Stir together with a whisk until no clumps of flour remain.

  3. Step 3

    Pour into a 12 oz. or larger microwave-safe mug and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the batter.

  4. Step 4

    Heat for 60 seconds and check the doneness of your cake. Add more time in microwave if necessary. Repeat until your cake is cooked through.

  5. Step 5

    Let the cake cool for a few minutes, then top with Reddi-wip® Sweet Foam and enjoy warm!
