Step 1
Prepare liquid hot chocolate in advance per package directions; chill.

Prepare coffee simple syrup: boil strong coffee with sugar to taste, cool to room temperature, and add a couple drops of vanilla extract to taste. Chill.

Rim 6-oz. martini glass with water, then dry Hot Chocolate Mix.

Step 4
Put ice into martini shaker. Add coffee and Hot Chocolate mixtures and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a dollop of Reddi-wip.
