Directions

Step 1
Scramble eggs as desired. Place in a dish and set aside.

Crumble the sausage patties into pizza topping size bites.

Lay tortilla on a flat surface.

Step 4
Pour 1/4 cup gravy in a rectangle in the center of the tortilla. Top with 6 sausage bites and 1/4 cup shredded cheese.

Step 5
Fold tortilla around the rectangle, starting with the large sides like an envelope, then evenly fold ends one over the other.

Step 6
Insert a toothpick to prevent the pizza puff from opening during frying.

Step 7
Place pizza puff into deep fryer and fry for 5 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
