Cooking Instructions (visible on case/can labels): STOVE TOP: - Empty sausage gravy into deep pan. - Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy simmers (about 12-14 minutes, 160°F). CONVENTIONAL OVEN: - Pour into half steam table pan and cover. - Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400°F for 40-55 minutes, until simmering and internal temperature reaches 160°F. MICROWAVE: - Empty sausage gravy into a microwaveable container. - Cover and heat on high for 8 minutes, until simmering and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
