Seedless strawberry jam
Sausage patty, cooked
Place American cheese on the flat side of one of the waffles.
Coat griddle with pan spray. Preheat over medium heat.
Place waffles on griddle and cook until waffles are toasted, and cheese is melted.
Remove from griddle.
Top cheesy waffle with strawberry jam, sausage patty, and arugula.
Place the other waffle, flat side down, on top of the arugula.
