Zucchini, sliced, quartered

Cauliflower

Potato gnocchi
2 oz

White beans, drained
1 oz
1 oz
Basil, fresh, chopped, for garnish
Oregano, fresh, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  1. Blanch vegetables.

  2. Cook gnocchi in boiling water, drain.

  3. Combine all ingredients, except garnish, in saucepan and heat to temperature of 165°F.

  4. Place in bowl and garnish with chopped basil and oregano.
