Directions

  1. Step 1

    Thinly slice onions, mushrooms and peppers.

  2. Step 2

    Combine vegetable mix in bowl, spray with PAM and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Step 3

    Caramelize vegetable mix in oven.

  4. Step 4

    Heat Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken to internal temperature of 165°F.

  5. Step 5

    Slice baguette.

  6. Step 6

    Assemble sandwich with Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms on one side and the cheese on the other.

  7. Step 7

    Place under broiler until cheese melts and bread toasts, then serve.
