Healthy Choice® Glazed Chicken, thawed

Baguette, 6" whole wheat

Reduced-fat cheese slice

Directions

  1. Thinly slice onions, mushrooms and peppers.

  2. Combine vegetable mix in bowl, spray with PAM and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Caramelize vegetable mix in oven.

  4. Heat Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken to internal temperature of 165°F.

  5. Slice baguette.

  6. Assemble sandwich with Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms on one side and the cheese on the other.

  7. Place under broiler until cheese melts and bread toasts, then serve.
