Directions

Step 1
In large bowl thoroughly mix together turkey, garlic, shallots, La Choy® Teriyaki Sauce, jalapeno, salt and pepper. Shape into 24 patties. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2
In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, La Choy® Soy Sauce, Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard, chili sauce and red pepper flakes. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3
Broil burgers 7-8 minutes until cooked through. Serve with Sweet and Spicy Mayonnaise and choice of toppings.
