Milk, 2%

Unsalted butter

Whole eggs
1 tbsp
Vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups
All-purpose flour
4 tsp
Granulated sugar
4 tsp
Baking powder
3/4 tsp
Salt
4 packets (1 oz each)
Swiss Miss® Regular Hot Chocolate

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the milk and butter just until the butter has melted. Set aside and cool. Mix eggs and vanilla into cooled mixture.

  2. Step 2

    Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and dry Swiss Miss® Regular Hot Chocolate together into a bowl making sure to incorporate thoroughly.

  3. Step 3

    Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir together until just incorporated. The batter should be slightly lumpy. Fold the diced banana into the mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook until golden brown.

  5. Step 5

    Serving Suggestion: Serve two pancakes with chocolate chips, bananas or custard in between. Top with Reddi-wip® Real Cream Whipped Topping.
