Milk, 2%
1 cup
Unsalted butter
4 tbsp
Whole eggs

Vanilla extract
1 tbsp
All-purpose flour
1-1/4 cups
Granulated sugar
4 tsp
Baking powder
4 tsp
Salt
3/4 tsp
Swiss Miss® Regular Hot Chocolate
4 packets (1 oz each)
Banana, small, diced

Directions

  1. Heat the milk and butter just until the butter has melted. Set aside and cool. Mix eggs and vanilla into cooled mixture.

  2. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and dry Swiss Miss® Regular Hot Chocolate together into a bowl making sure to incorporate thoroughly.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir together until just incorporated. The batter should be slightly lumpy. Fold the diced banana into the mixture.

  4. Pour the batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook until golden brown.

  5. Serving Suggestion: Serve two pancakes with chocolate chips, bananas or custard in between. Top with Reddi-wip® Real Cream Whipped Topping.
