Directions

  1. Place one waffle, flat side up on your work surface.

  2. Stack cheddar cheese, roma tomatoes, egg, bacon, then American cheese.

  3. Top with the other waffle, flat side down.

  4. Coat griddle with pan spray. Preheat over medium heat.

  5. Cook sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side, or until waffle is toasted and cheese has melted.
