STRAWBERRY GINGER GRANITA

Water
1/2 cup
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Pinot grigio
1-1/2 cups
Ginger ale
12 oz

Directions

  1. Pour J. Hungerford Smith Strawberry Topping, water, lemon juice and pinot grigio in work bowl of food processor. Pulse 5-6 times until completely combined.

  2. Pour strawberry mixture into non-reactive, airtight container and freeze at least 8 hours.

  3. To serve, place two scoops of the frozen strawberry granita into 3 glasses. Pour 4 ounces ginger ale into each glass.

  4. Serve immediately with a spoon.
