Light coconut milk
1/4 cup
Coconut rum
2 tbsp
Lime juice
1 tbsp
Honey or agave nectar

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Add frozen watermelon chunks, coconut milk, rum, lime juice and honey to a high-powered blender container and blend until smooth. Add additional coconut milk if needed to reach desired consistency.

  2. Step 2

    Pour Spiked Watermelon Slushie into two cocktail glasses, top with Reddi-wip, and enjoy immediately.
