Mild Italian pork sausage, crumbled

Carrots, peeled, 1/4-inch diced
1/2 cup
Onion, peeled, 1/4-inch diced
1/2 cup

Directions

  1. Brown sausage in a large pan over medium heat. When sausage is half browned, add carrots and onions and saute.

  2. Add RO*TEL® and bring to a simmer over low heat; cover. Simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt. Serve warm.

  3. Serving Suggestions: Serve bolognese with broad, flat-shaped or tube-shaped pasta, or use as a sauce for Italian sandwiches.
