Mild Italian pork sausage, crumbled
Carrots, peeled, 1/4-inch diced
Onion, peeled, 1/4-inch diced
Brown sausage in a large pan over medium heat. When sausage is half browned, add carrots and onions and saute.
Add RO*TEL® and bring to a simmer over low heat; cover. Simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt. Serve warm.
