Directions

  1. Step 1

    Split each frank lengthwise, but not all the way through. Grill or sear until caramelized and slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  2. Step 2

    Warm or lightly toast the hoagie rolls. Spread spicy mayo on both sides.

  3. Step 3

    To assemble, add grilled franks to hoagie rolls, then top with pickled carrots, pickled cucumbers, jalapeños and fresh cilantro. Serve warm.
