Boneless chicken breast, sliced
3 oz
Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp
Red pepper flakes
1 dash
Salt
1/8 tsp
Dash black pepper
Olive oil
1 tsp
Garlic, minced
1 clove
Zucchini, sliced, quartered
2 oz
6 oz
Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp
Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp
Parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Season sliced chicken with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

  2. Add olive oil, garlic and chicken to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to plate.

  3. Add zucchini to skillet and sauté briefly, 2-3 minutes.

  4. Combine Healthy Choice Macaroni & Cheese, chicken and zucchini, then spoon into small iron skillet. Top with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes (internal temperature of 165°F) until bread crumbs begin to brown. Then serve.
