Directions

  1. Step 1

    Spray sauté pan with PAM; sauté zucchini and eggplant until translucent.

  2. Step 2

    Add onion, beans, tomatoes and spices. Heat thoroughly for stew base.

  3. Step 3

    Add Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken and heat to 165°F.

  4. Step 4

    Ladle 12 oz. stew into serving bowl.
