Garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed

Healthy Choice® Glazed Chicken, thawed

Directions

  1. Spray sauté pan with PAM; sauté zucchini and eggplant until translucent.

  2. Add onion, beans, tomatoes and spices. Heat thoroughly for stew base.

  3. Add Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken and heat to 165°F.

  4. Ladle 12 oz. stew into serving bowl.
