Sour cream

Scallions, finely chopped

Wasabi powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix together by hand (do not use processor) until thoroughly mixed, but holding lots of texture. Chill one hour and serve with crackers, chips or Crudite.
