Directions

  1. Step 1

    To make CURRY MAYONNAISE: In a 2-quart bowl combine 2 cups RO*TEL®, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until service.

  2. Step 2

    To make ONE PORTION: Place 1 bratwurst in roll; top with 1/4 cup curry mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon RO*TEL®.
