Extra virgin olive oil

Shallot
3 tbsp
Champagne vinegar
1 tbsp
Garam masala
2 tbsp
6 cups
Salt
1/2 tsp

Directions

  1. Place a medium-size saucepan over a medium flame.

  2. Add olive oil and shallot. Sweat until tender.

  3. Add champagne vinegar and reduce by 50%.

  4. Season with garam masala and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Add pizza sauce and bring to a boil.

  6. Season with salt.
