Garlic, minced

Red pepper flakes

Dark brown sugar

Kosher salt
1 tbsp
Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Spread onto surface of pork, beef or fish. Wrap meat tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours. Rub can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use.
