Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Spread onto surface of pork, beef or fish. Wrap meat tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours. Rub can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use.
