Pulled Pork with sauce (see recipe above)

Hawaiian rolls, split

Spicy pickle chips

Directions

  1. To make PULLED PORK: Combine barbecue sauce and spicy brown mustard in a large bowl.

  2. Add pulled pork and toss to combine; refrigerate until service.

  3. To make SLIDERS: Heat pulled pork mixture in medium saucepan over medium heat until temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Mound 1/4 cup pork mixture on bottom half of each Hawaiian roll.

  5. Top each with 1 pickle and 1 tablespoon onion straws; replace roll tops.
