FIERY TURKEY FLATBREAD

Whole grain pizza dough, fresh
Mild Italian turkey sausage, crumbled
Roasted potato medley (russet, red skin & sweet potatoes)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Bring whole grain pizza dough to room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
Roll out pizza dough to a rectangle 12 inches by 6 inches; place on sheet pan.
Spread Angela Mia Spaghetti Sauce over dough almost to the edges.
Sprinkle turkey sausage and potatoes evenly on dough, top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
Cut into 6 slices and serve.
