Beef burger patty, 8 oz. Angus

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Brush toast with melted butter; place butter side down on a sheet pan.

  2. Step 2

    Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toast.

  3. Step 3

    Top mayonnaise with one slice of Swiss cheese, burger patty, onion and an additional slice of cheese.

  4. Step 4

    Run through impinger at 425°F for 3 1/2 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Top burger with other piece of toast. Serve warm.
