Unsalted butter
1 tbsp
Mayonnaise
2 tsp
Swiss cheese
2 slices
Beef burger patty, 8 oz. Angus
1 ea
Yellow onion, carmelized
1 slice

Directions

  1. Brush toast with melted butter; place butter side down on a sheet pan.

  2. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toast.

  3. Top mayonnaise with one slice of Swiss cheese, burger patty, onion and an additional slice of cheese.

  4. Run through impinger at 425°F for 3 1/2 minutes.

  5. Top burger with other piece of toast. Serve warm.
