Directions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add onions and peppers, season lightly with salt and pepper, and sauté for approximately 5 minutes until softened.

Add the Be’f crumble and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned. Deglaze with Worcestershire sauce, green chiles, hot sauce and stock. Simmer for 2 minutes until mixture is saucy but not wet.

Meanwhile, spread mayonnaise inside the hoagie rolls and toast until warm and golden.

Step 4
Spoon hot filling into each toasted hoagie roll, top with provolone slices, and broil for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Drizzle warmed Alfredo sauce over the top.

Garnish with an extra drizzle of hot sauce if desired.
