Directions

  1. Step 1

    Bake biscuits as directed. Cool slightly, about 5 mintues.

  2. Step 2

    In small microwave-safe bowl, place pork. Cover; microwave on Medium 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, or until hot.

  3. Step 3

    Split biscuits horizontally. Spoon 2 oz. of BBQ pork onto bottom halves of biscuits; top with 2 tabelspoons of coleslaw and biscuit tops.
