Sopes Verdes (Makes 12 Sopes / 1 sopes each): DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry sopes until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm. 2. Heat beans in saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until heated through. Spoon beans onto each sope. Add chorizo, salsa verde, onion, cilantro and cheese. Serve immediately. HEATING DIRECTIONS (located below recipe): STOVE TOP: Empty beans into saucepan. Heat over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally. MICROWAVE: Empty beans into microwave-safe dish. Cover. Heat on high 1-2 minutes, stirring once. For firmer beans, let stand covered 2 minutes before serving. Stir well.
