Preparation/Cooking Instructions
MIXING DIRECTIONS For Automatic Dispensers: 1. POUR Hot Chocolate Drink Base into bowl of dispenser. Be sure dispenser has water. 2. PRESS BUTTON. Hot Chocolate Drink Base will be mixed automatically with water. Optimum serving temperature is 150°-160°F. CLEAN MACHINE DAILY For Batch Dispensers: 1. Pour Drink Base into dispenser. 2. Add 5 cans of water at 170°-180°F. 3. Stir thoroughly and frequently during the day. 4. Optimal serving temperature 150°-160°F. 5. Mix a new batch every 24 hours. Try These! • Chocolate Cooler – Mix 1 part Drink Base with 5 parts water, stir and serve over ice. • Mocha Hot Chocolate – substitute hot coffee in place of the hot water.
