Old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup
1/2 cup
Pure maple syrup or agave
1/2 cup
Chia seeds
1/4 cup
Coconut oil
2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
Mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup

Directions

  1. Place popcorn and oats in food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer to large bowl.

  2. Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, coconut oil and groud cinnamon; mix until thoroughly combined. Fold in chips. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.

  3. Roll into balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Store covered in refrigerator for up to one week.
