Quick-cooking rolled oats

Slivered almonds
2 cups
Sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
1 cup
Dried cranberries
1 cup
Dried diced plums
1 cup
Dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup

Directions

  1. Combine oats, almonds, coconut, cranberries, plums and chocolate chips in food processor and pulse until just combined. Add syrup and pulse until just combined.

  2. Roll into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate in airtight container.
