Directions

  1. Preheat fryer to 350°F. In a large sauce pot add water, sugar, salt and butter. Mix well to combine, then cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. Let mixture come to a simmer, then add flour. Mix together until mixture can easily form a ball.

  3. With a hand mixer, beat in eggs one at a time.

  4. Place churro mixture into piping bag with a star tip. Pipe 3" long churros into 350°F fryer. Fry churros for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Coat the hot churros with cinnamon sugar. Cover and hold at room temperature.

  6. TO ASSEMBLE: Place 3 churros on bottom of plate. Place another 3 churros going perpendicular on top of bottom row. Top with 3 churros in the same direction as first row to complete 3 rows total.

  7. Drizzle one tablespoon each cayenne chocolate sauce and caramel sauce on top of churros.

  8. Top the stack with 1/2 cup Reddi-Wip, then garnish with an additional 1 tablespoon each cayenne chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Repeat with remaining churros and sauce

  9. Complete the dish with a side of fresh berries.
