Handling Instructions: Udi’s Gluten Free baked goods can be merchandised and sold at ambient and freezer temperatures, depending on operational needs. Product will arrive frozen and dated with 180-day frozen ‘best by’ date; pull out only what you plan on selling each day. Ambient Handling (65° F to 72° F): Pull daily anticipated quantity for thawing at ambient temperature; product will thaw in 1 hour. Re-date product with a 7-day ‘best by’ date to ensure freshness and safe consumption. Frozen Handling (<20° F): Place product directly into the freezer for storage or sale.
