PAN FRY DIRECTIONS: Slice THAWED sausage roll into patties at indicated marks. (Tip for easier slicing: place thawed sausage in freezer for 10-15 minutes before slicing.) Preheat skillet to 350°F (Medium Heat). Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side. (Internal temperature should reach 160°F.)
