MICROWAVE OVEN (Cook only one at a time): 1. Remove film from meal; remove chicken. Cook on HIGH 1 minute. 2. Replace chicken. Cook 2 minutes. 3. Stir macaroni and cheese and flip chicken. Cook 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! CONVENTIONAL OVEN (Do not prepare in toaster oven): 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film over chicken. 2. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 40 minutes. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand 2 minutes; stir macaroni & cheese and enjoy!
