Step 1
In large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, curry, cumin, cilantro, ginger, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss in chick’n and marinate for 10 minutes. On a well-oiled grill cook chick’n over medium-high heat until temperature is 165°F. Keep warm.

Step 2
Combine all ingredients for Sweet Dipping Sauce. Set aside.

Step 3
Combine all ingredients for Peanut Sauce. Set aside.

Step 4
To serve, arrange lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, rice noodles, peanuts and chick'n on platter. Serve sauces separately.
