Great for a vegetarian option. The bread crumbs and structure of the lasagna hold up well when portioning. Good portion control - Each 96 oz. tray will yield 8-12 oz. portions. Holds well on a steam table.

Preparation/Cooking Instructions

Internal temperature of product should be 165° F. Product may be thawed up to 48 hours under refrigeration prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE. Dome Lid. Place Product on Tray. Hold in warmer 15-20 minutes before serving for product to set. Convection Oven (300° F Preheated) from frozen: 1 hour 40-45 min. Remove lid during last 5-10 minutes. Thawed: 60-65 minutes. Remove lid during last 5 -10 minutes. Conventional Oven (400 F Preheated) Frozen: 1 hour 45-50 minutes. Remove lid during last 15-20 minutes. Thawed: 60-65 minutes. Remove lid during last 15-20 minutes.
