COOKING DIRECTIONS: Convection Oven 325 degrees fahrenheit, Frozen 65-70 minutes; Thawed 40-45 minutes; Handling Instructions: Do not loosen lid. Place tray on sheet pan; bake. During last 5 to 10 minutes gently rotate steak and spoon with gravy; replace lid.
