Preparation/Cooking Instructions
1). Thaw breadsticks under refrigeration before baking. Keep breadsticks covered while thawing. 2). Bake within 48 hours of thawing for best quality. 3). Place breadsticks on parchment lined baking sheet(s). Bake according to guidelines below. 32 – 6” breadsticks fit on a baking sheet pan. Note: Ovens will vary. Please adjust time and temperature accordingly. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. Convection Oven: Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400°F for 16 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. 4). Brush with butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese or garlic powder; serve with favorite dipping sauces. Place product in merchandising bags. 5). Hold in warming cabinet at 180°
