SWEET TANGY BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

|Chicken wings, raw||6 lb|
|PAMŪ Saute & Grill Spray, as needed||64144 63111|
- Combine Hunt'sŪ Smokey Open Range BBQ Sauce, Gulden'sŪ Spicy Brown Mustard, honey and red pepper; blend well. Remove about half of the sauce and reserve for later.
- Mix sauce with chicken wings in full size hote. pan and coat well. Marinate under refrigeration at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Spray sheet pan with PAMŪ Saute & Grill Spray. Place wings in single layer on pan; discard marinade. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, turn and baste with reserved sauce. Bake 10 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
