PEACH AND BRIE BISCUIT BITES

Bakery Chef® Premium Buttermilk Biscuits 1.4 oz.86151 21011 30-2/3 ea
Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 48 (1 x 1/2-inch) pieces 20-1/2 oz
Peach preserves 1-2/3 cups
Lemon juice 2-1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon 1-1/4 tsp
Walnuts, finely chopped 5-1/4 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Bake biscuits as directed; cool slightly, about 5 mintues.
  2. Split biscuits horizontally. Place on cookie sheet. Place one piece cheese on each biscuit half.
  3. In small bowl, break up peach preserves; blend with lemon juice and cinnamon; spoon over cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350° F for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is softened.
