Preparation:

  1. Fry sliced potatoes in a deep fryer at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes, or until potatoes are lightly browned; drain.
  2. Fry prosciutto in a deep fryer at 350°F for 1 to 3 minutes, or until crisp; drain and crumble.
  3. In twelve 9-inch oblong sizzle plates or skillets, layer 1/4 cup crema, 2 ounces fried potatoes, 1-1/2 ounces prosciutto, 1/2 cup RO*TELŽ Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies and 3/4 cup Chihuahua cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned
  5. To make TWO PORTIONS: Fry 2 ounces sliced potatoes in a deep fryer at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes, or until potatoes are lightly browned; drain.
  6. Fry 1-1/2 ounces prosciutto in a deep fryer at 350°F for 1 to 3 minutes, or until crisp; drain and crumble.
  7. In 9-inch oblong sizzle plate or skillet, layer 1/4 cup crema, fried potatoes, prosciutto, 1/2 cup RO*TELŽ Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies and 3/4 cup Chihuahua cheese.
