Ciabatta roll (approximately 4-inches square), split 1
Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard, divided64144 871402 tbsp
Roast beef, thinly sliced 4-1/2 oz
Fresh mozzarella cheese slices (1/4-inch thick) 2
Beef steak tomato slices (1/4-inch thick) 2
Spicy pickle chips 5
Fresh oregano, chopped 1/2 tsp


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place ciabatta roll, cut sides up, on sheet tray; spread 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard on bottom half of roll.
  3. Layer bottom half of roll with roast beef and mozzarella cheese; bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and top half of roll is toasted.
  4. Remove from oven; layer tomato, pickles and oregano over melted cheese.
  5. Spread remaining spicy brown mustard on cut side of roll top and replace roll top; cut in half.
