- Thinly slice onions, mushrooms and peppers.
- Combine vegetable mix in bowl, spray with PAM and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Caramelize vegetable mix in oven.
- Heat Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken to internal temperature of 165°F.
- Slice baguette.
- Assemble sandwich with Healthy Choice Glazed Chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms on one side and the cheese on the other.
- Place under broiler until cheese melts and bread toasts, then serve.
