- Grill chicken breast to internal temperature of 165°F. Dice the grilled chicken into small pieces.
- Marinate the grilled, diced chicken in red hot sauce for one hour.

- Top with bread crumbs and bake in oven at 350°F to internal temperature of 165°F, then serve.
