PECORINO VODKA SAUCE

Vodka 1/4 cup
Angela Miaź Spaghetti Sauce27000 422014 cups
Cream, heavy whipping 1/4 cup
Pecorino Romano cheese, grated 3/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper, to taste  

Preparation:

  1. Place a medium-size saucepan over a medium flame.
  2. Add vodka to pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add cream, cheese and salt, then season with pepepr to taste.
